Date 6 - it's mamak this time......

It's been a while since I last posted on our "lunch/dinner dates". Our dates have become more normal because we are now a bit tight with our financial due to the house renovation and also wedding preparation. But Oppah knows that I love food and are still trying his best to squeeze out a bit from the budget for us to enjoy good food once in a while...... 

We went Clay-pot Nasi Briyani few days ago. It's really delicious...... Just love to have sometime with Oppah when neither of us is focusing on the phone. Hahaha. 

Date 5 - English afternoon tea

Actually, this should be a celebration instead of dating. It's our anniversary celebration + celebration that we are finally husband and wife. The Oppah brought me to Suffolk house for afternoon tea - English style. This is definitely the best afternoon tea I had n Penang! I love all the jams that they served!

Date 4 - it's a celebration!

It's a celebration for us. In another 1 month time, I will be legally Mrs. Chan. Oh no, just the thought itself still tends to creep me. Don't get me wrong, I love my Oppah a lot! But the thought of changing my status to a wife, daughter in law and sister in law of someone really freaks me out! I wish the time don't come so soon so that I have more time to adapt to the change. Luckily I still have another 3 months before the official wedding. 

We went for a date at secret recipe. I ordered yogurt cheese cake. Recently my mind is full of cakes with real fruits like fruit flan, strawberry marshmallow cakes, lychee cake, etc. I enjoyed the cake a lot, not because of the cake; but because of the company. 

Date 3 - blackball

Oppah..... Thank you! Mucks! You know this is my favorite and always give in when I suggest to have my favorite black ball dessert. 

Date 2 - big boy and little girl

Finally........ Date 2. Buffet breakfast at Genting hotel. 

Not that we do not have lunch or dinner together for the passed month; just that those normal lunches or dinners are not special enough to be recorded. 

I observed something really funny during our breakfast, Oppah taste is so mature while my taste bud is so little kid. See, he drinks cappuccino while I ate honey star! 

Looking forward to our 3rd date. 

Date - 1

Was inspired by a blogger friend, Jane to record down each special date between me and my fiancé, whom I always refer him as Oppah in my blog.

We just finished our pre-wedding photo shooting. It was really tiring but I guess we just enjoyed every bit of it. Thank God for the good and sunny weather! The weather forecast was showing raining but I just prayed to God to just show the sun. And the sun not only showed but shined too bright till sometimes it was pretty hard for me to open my eyes. And i was sweating too! Well, I guess I shouldn't complain. Sunny day is definitely better than a rainy day!

After everything finished, we allowed ourself to be more relax, and went for crepe cottage. Look at the photo below and you know how much we enjoyed ourself to a mango crispy crepe!
