Lemon & Ampula enzyme

After my 1st batch of mango garbage enzyme, this is my 2nd batch of garbage enzyme. It consist of lemon & Ampula. The 1st batch is still in 2nd month fermentation process and now started to lose the alcohol smell gasses.

This new batch will not be as sweet in smell compared to the mango enzyme but will have a more tangy lemon smell with a hint of green grass smell from the Ampula.  Hopefully all will go well.

Ring pillow revealed

It's revealed......
This is the ring pillow that I get little Ed hold during my registration ceremony.

As I expected, a lot of people commented its more baby theme than a wedding theme.
Haha.

Homemade enzyme - Day 1

Learning to make my own enzyme from fruits skin. My first trial is with mango skin. Got the recipe from a colleague and decided to try out. The enzyme after fermentation can be used as dish drop or floor cleanser. It can be tiles cleaner also. Really eager to try out.

Need to wait 3 months for complete fermentation. Just in time before my wedding.

Ring pillow - part 3

I completed the ring pillow in 3 hours! Felt so proud of myself!

Decided to keep the actual outcome secret till 29th June. It shall be revealed with Edward holding it to the registration office. So far I only show it to my Oppah and also my sister.

I am so satisfied with the outcome! Love it!

Ring pillow - part 2

It's button!

Aren't they look cute? I know a toy rocker horse is actually more on a baby theme compared to a wedding theme. I really debated for quite long on whether should I get the butterfly or this .....

But eventually, I picked this because I just love the cuteness and also the dreamy feeling it gave. After all, it's my wedding. Can't wait to fix it to my ring pillow......

Ring pillow - part 1

After so many months of thinking but not doing, finally I start to do it.

Halfway sewing the brim, I told myself to add sewing machine into the wish list. Sewing by needle is just so time and effort consuming.

Pin cushion

Ya.... I finally have time for craft! This week I have a full week offsite training. Thus, I have more time in return as my personal time.

I wanted to do something for my wedding registration next month. Something personal that can bring out my character. After much thought in this, I decided to work on a ring pillow and get my nephew, Edward to be my Paige boy that day! However, it's been a couple of months since I last work on my sewing skill, I decided to start with something smaller and insignificant first.

I needed a pin cushion for a long time. Thus, decided to start with a pin cushion. It took me less than a minute to decide on the design. Cloud is my sis favorite and I been really good at doing designs related to cloud. Thus, it ended up as a cloud motif pin cushion.

Next, is to work on the ring pillow for me and Oppah wedding. Maybe I shall start tomorrow....... If I still can get the passion fire burning...... :)
