Another on-going project

This is the last look of my ROM hand bouquet rose. A minute after this photo was taken, the rose petals were removed from its stem and goes into the microwave to remove its moisture before making it into dried rose petals.

I will post more on the steps after the whole drying process completed!

Ring pillow revealed

It's revealed......
This is the ring pillow that I get little Ed hold during my registration ceremony.

As I expected, a lot of people commented its more baby theme than a wedding theme.
Haha.

Pin cushion

Ya.... I finally have time for craft! This week I have a full week offsite training. Thus, I have more time in return as my personal time.

I wanted to do something for my wedding registration next month. Something personal that can bring out my character. After much thought in this, I decided to work on a ring pillow and get my nephew, Edward to be my Paige boy that day! However, it's been a couple of months since I last work on my sewing skill, I decided to start with something smaller and insignificant first.

I needed a pin cushion for a long time. Thus, decided to start with a pin cushion. It took me less than a minute to decide on the design. Cloud is my sis favorite and I been really good at doing designs related to cloud. Thus, it ended up as a cloud motif pin cushion.

Next, is to work on the ring pillow for me and Oppah wedding. Maybe I shall start tomorrow....... If I still can get the passion fire burning...... :)

Alphabet stamp

The alphabet stamps are actually not mine. It's my mother's. I am not too sure why she needed it but I realized that I have 3 sets of alphabet stamp and another 3 sets of figures stamp. All in different sizes. They are really very nice to play with. Although they are old(probably older than me), they are kept very well and still functioning well. It's 1 of my favorite recently. I made a bunch of Christmas cards to my friends last Christmas with their name stamped. Pairing the stamps with some colorful stamp pad I bought from Michael's store, it's just amazing.

Washi tape storage

Seems like my iPhone 5 empty box is a suitable box to store all my tapes!

Washi tape

Checkout my first purchase of washi tape! Aren't they look adorable? I bought this from a church friend who is doing online craft store business. The price is slightly higher than Amazon. Since the oppa is in US now, I have placed an order of another set of washi tape at a much lower price. Can't wait to receive those tape!

This makes me start to ponder. Since the oppa travels to US so frequent, should I start to venture into this business and startup my own online craft store. Hmmmm....... I guess this needs to wait till after the wedding. My time should be pretty occupied with wedding preparation and house moving.

Check out the washi tape. It's just so beautiful.

It's <3 everywhere!!

This is what I did for the oppa during valentine's day. It might look like a simple card but it took me whole night to complete it because I have to punch out the heart shaped using a craft punch then glue them together to form a bigger heart. Although its time consuming, the outcome is just so satisfying. The look that I got from the oppa after I gave him is even more satisfying.

I am so glad to have found someone who is ever so supportive towards my hobby. Thank you sweetheart!

Silk tape

Washi tape have been a hit item for quite a while. Been really wanted to get some for my craft project but the price of a washi tape is not cheap in Malaysia. It's selling at around RM10.90 per roll. Thus, when I saw this silk tape in Daiso today, I just can't resist to get 1 set. A set like this just cost RM5. Can't wait to start using them!
